Engine oil degrades as it becomes dirty and contaminated from normal engine operation. The engine oil filter helps to protect the machined surfaces and bearings in an engine by removing particles from the engine oil.     • Upon performing diagnostic tests it was determined the crank shaft position sensor was bad and we replaced it with a new one. After sensor was installed we discovered a nick in the harness performed by previous service. We replaced the pin in the harness and vehicle is performing as it should. No charge for replacing the pin.
