    • AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – INSPECT – [Inspect the air cleaner/filter at the scheduled maintenance intervals and replace it at the first oil change after each 80,000 km (50,000 mile) interval. If driving on dusty/dirty conditions, inspect the filter at each engine oil change.] AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID – INSPECT – [Check fluid level; add fluid, if needed.] BRAKE SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Inspect at every engine oil change or 12 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect brake lines and hoses for proper hook-up, binding, leaks, cracks, chafing, etc. Inspect disc brake pads for wear and rotors for surface condition. Inspect other brake parts, including calipers, parking brake, etc.] ENGINE COOLANT – INSPECT – [Inspect fluid level and add fluid as needed.] ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM HOSES & CLAMPS – INSPECT – [Visual inspection of hoses, pipes, fittings, and clamps and replacement, if needed.] EXHAUST SYSTEM & HEAT SHIELDS – INSPECT FUEL SYSTEM – INSPECT LEAKAGE – INSPECT – [Inspect at every engine oil change or 12 months, whichever comes first. A fluid loss in any vehicle system could indicate a problem. Have the system inspected and repaired and the fluid level checked. Add fluid if needed.] PCV SYSTEM – INSPECT – [An Emission Control Service. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the California Air Resources Board has determined that the failure to perform this maintenance item will not nullify the emission warranty or limit recall liability prior to the completion of the vehicle's useful life. However, the manufacturer urges that all recommended maintenance services be performed at the indicated intervals and the maintenance be recorded.] RESTRAINT SYSTEM COMPONENTS – INSPECT – [Make sure the safety belt reminder light and all the belts, buckles, latch plates, retractors, and anchorages are working properly. Look for any other loose or damaged safety belt system parts. Have any torn or frayed safety belts replaced. Also look for any opened or broken airbag coverings, and have them repaired or replaced. The airbag system does not need regular maintenance.] SUSPENSION & STEERING COMPONENTS – INSPECT – [Visually inspect front and rear suspension and steering system for damaged, loose, or missing parts, signs of wear or lack of lubrication. Inspect power steering lines and hoses for proper hook-up, binding, leaks, cracks, chafing, etc.] WINDOW WASHER FLUID LEVEL – INSPECT – [Inspect fluid level and add fluid as needed.] WIPER BLADES – INSPECT – [Visually inspect wiper blades for wear or cracking. Replace blade inserts that appear worn or damaged or that streak or miss areas of the windshield.] BODY COMPONENTS – LUBRICATE – [Lubricate all key lock cylinders, hood latch assembly, secondary latch, pivots, spring anchor, release pawl, rear compartment hinges, outer tailgate handle pivot points, latch bolt, fuel door hinge, and folding seat hardware. More frequent lubrication may be required when exposed to a corrosive environment. Applying silicone grease on weatherstrips with a clean cloth will make them last longer, seal better, and not stick or squeak.] ENGINE OIL & FILTER – REPLACE – [It is possible that, if you are driving under the best conditions, the engine oil life system may not indicate that vehicle service is necessary for over a year. However, the engine oil and filter must be changed at least once a year and at this time the system must be reset.] OIL LIFE MONITOR – RESET – [Reset the system at every oil and filter change. If the system is ever reset accidentally, the oil must be changed at 3,000 miles since the last oil change. Reset the system whenever the engine oil is changed so that the system can calculate the next engine oil change. To reset the system: Turn the ignition to ON/RUN, with the engine off. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal three times within five seconds. Turn the key to LOCK/OFF. If the change engine oil light comes back on when the vehicle is started, the engine oil life system has not reset

    • Lube, Full Synthetic Oil, Filter Service; Removal and replacement of existing engine oil and oil filter, Engine oil provides lubrication, cooling and cleaning to the internal parts of the engine. Engine oil degrades as it becomes dirty and contaminated from normal engine operation. The engine oil filter helps to protect the machined surfaces and bearings in an engine by removing particles from the engine oil. Not changing the oil and filter on a vehicle at the recommended intervals can lead to excessive engine wear and eventually engine failure. Replacing the engine oil and filter when recommended ensures proper and efficient engine performance and prolongs the life of the engine. Check the air filter, Check all fluids under the hood, Check engine for leaks, Check belts and hoses, Check tire pressure, Check undercarriage
